Terms of Use
The agreement between you and Lunabee Studio for using Misty Faces.

1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Misty Faces application (the “App”), published by Lunabee Studio (France). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Licence
Lunabee Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
3. In-app purchase
The App offers one free blur. Unlimited use is then unlocked by a single one-time, lifetime in-app purchase (“Misty Faces Unlimited”), which is a non-consumable product. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
The purchase is billed by Apple through your Apple Account. The price is the one displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region; Lunabee Studio does not set or process the payment and never receives your payment details.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy. Lunabee Studio cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be made to Apple (for example via reportaproblem.apple.com).
Your entitlement is verified on your device by Apple’s StoreKit and works offline. You can restore your purchase at any time through Apple on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. The purchase is not eligible for Family Sharing.
4. Apple’s standard licence agreement
Unless Lunabee Studio provides these Terms with the App, your licence to use the App is also governed by Apple’s standard EULA (Licensed Application End User License Agreement), which applies as the baseline agreement and is supplemented by these Terms. Where the two conflict, the stricter protection of your rights prevails.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its source code, design, and the “Misty Faces” and “Lunabee Studio” names and logos are the property of Lunabee Studio and are protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you no right to copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or create derivative works from the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
6. Warranties and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Lunabee Studio does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that face detection will identify every face in a photo. You remain responsible for reviewing each exported photo before sharing it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunabee Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Privacy
Misty Faces processes everything on your device and collects no personal data. For full details, see our Privacy.
8. Termination and changes
You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Lunabee Studio may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App or to legal requirements; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your one-time purchase remains valid and is unaffected by changes to these Terms that do not concern it.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the App or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
